Snipper, The bottom line here is one does not know the other until they are merged or well on their way to be, and then they STILL! don't know each other! Yes, This phrase is rather simple but it's message is true and say's so much. Now, let's try to apply it here. PRWT AND RMC merged, Correct? Down the road one finds out the other is basically not all it's cracked up to be, or there are issues which one simply finds it better to walk away from. So what happens? They Split!

I honestly do not think John is at the least bit happy with having to back away from something he raved so much about. Let's just try to put ourselves in his shoes, Having now to write a letter to the PABN family of investor's and telling them that what once was, is no longer. I can relate to this as I have had to do it.

Anyone who comes out and tells me that they research every aspect of a company before they make a move is a complete short sighted FOOL!. They never can discover or uncover everything. Always remember that e company has a dark closet, The spectrum spans from the candy store to the big corporations. We can never see the whole picture of a person or a company. The most one can wish for by doing research is to reduce the chances of a short fall or a split.
