Are we going in circles? That's where George's original post was from. (g) Anyway, any thoughts on the impact on PCTR? I should say potential impact. I gave the impression in a prior post that the 3-d product is ready and being used now, which is not accurate. Just thinking ahead. (gg) A more general, naive (sp?) question. How would Linux benefit a gamer specifically? Is it just because it is free? Or is it the qualities of the system (more reliable, easier to debug or modify since the code is available, faster, etc.) rather than the price that is the attraction? Calypso, I agree about RedHat. Had seen some of their press releases and thought the same thing. Thanks, Ted
