JCNelson,

I want to thank you for posting that information regarding your visit/chat with Dave Williams. I know of another investor who visited the office in Las Vegas some months back and kept his concerns quiet and off the threads.

This accounting posted by you as told by Dave Williams regarding the failings of RMC and PABN makes the most sense, imo. John got ahead of himself and couldn't come up with the cash to finalize the acquisition. And Dave was smart to hold out until such promises and obligations were met as stipulated in their agreement. This might also explain some of the dumping of shares we've watched since December, as a means of acquiring said monies. [I've reported that the float has increased by 100 Million shares in the past 8 months.] The possible lack of revenues could also explain the painfully slow process of opening up additional IT offices and the lack of registering in additional states which we've been waiting for since last August as being imminent. We also only recently learn that they (IT) does not have the software for online trading. The lack of said material would certainly preclude their need for registering in additional states. We haven't heard many excuses/explanations coming forth, but we sure have reported many dates for things to happen, only to be continually disappointed.

Sounds Good to me! Now I see the other side of the story. Place them both together and it paints a totally new picture. I say it's a smart move on John's part. Cut loose what you don't really need and move on other's that may bring more revenue to the table! Thank you Colleen for this great information Go! PABN!

Coleen you forgot this.

ColleenB, if you are refering to me, at least have the guts to say so . I posted my concerns to
our PRIVATE group only because they were concerns and not "FACTS" .

If you are going to flame me you better get ready to come out of the fly weight division ,
because that is where you belong.

You were all peaches and cream when I first came on the PRWT thread , do you remember?

I sure do , John is an honest man, he would never do to us what R.A. over at PKGP/USXP
did to all you poor folks. if that is not your exact words it is pretty close.

Yes the RMC deal is a set back, and John does owe us all an explination. I do know that
Dave Williams seemed to me to be a pretty honest man when I talked to him.

Yes Johns credibility is wearing thin, and if there are not some pretty impresive thing
forthcomming from the company I am out of here. That is the way investing works Colleen. If
you do not do well with your investment and things do not pan out, you move on, You do not
sit around and cry and bash. From life experiences I have learned one thing , a Lepoard
does not change its spots. You tried but it did not work.

I noticed colleenb that you didn't highlight the GOOD things that he said about a company.

I mean you did say in another post that Dave is "smart" correct?

Well he has a lot more to say than just about the merger doesn't he...

"He did tell me that you liked what he saw of PABN and that he particulary like the online trading part of PABN and the medical service. He said from what he had found out both were making money for the company. He also said that the new internet sight would be making money for the company."

Another comment from this "smart" guy...

"The only negitive thing that he did say about PABN is in his opion John was tring to take on to much at on time."

"Dave also said something about some new technoligy that the doctors are now using. It has to do with a hand held instrument that when a patient number or name was entered all info come up on a big screen for the doctor to view. They do not have to go through paper work to get the patients info.Dave thought that this may be big when the news gets out."

This from the guy you say is "smart" so I guess PABN can't be that bad colleenb correct?

PEACE
