colleenb,

John got ahead of himself and couldn't come up with the cash to
finalize the
acquisition.

I did not say that John did not have the money,I said he never brought it to the table to close the deal. It could be that he wanted to put it else where and he did not want to finilize the deal.

Please don't try and turn my statments around,I am just stating what I was told..

JCNelson

Colleen, if you are refering to me at least have the guts to say so, do not hide behind half truths and insinuations. I discussed my concerns with in the private group, I did not broadcast them on this thread because they were only concerns, not "FACTS" unlike some folks around here I do not post half truths. only what I observe.

Yes The RMC deal is a set back, and yes John does owe us all an explination.

My understanding of investing is, if things are not working out the way you were led to believe. "Then move on" do not sit around and cry and bash.

As I have said before Penny stock are a gamble and if you can't stand the pain there is no gain.

What about April, MISS B can yu take it

"This accounting posted by you as told by Dave Williams regarding the failings of RMC and PABN makes the most sense, imo. John got ahead of himself and couldn't come up with the cash to finalize the acquisition."

Amazing that you AGREE with this "story" colleenb WITH OUT PROOF!

And will take a "second" hand report at that REPORTED by a "long"
GO FIGURE!

It wouldn't be because it "helps" you in your "quest" to find the "truth" about the company?

Here's another scenario tell me what you think...

John walks away from the deal because he finds that DAVE can't produce like HE "claimed" he could and the "dumping" of shares was DAVE selling what he was given in the acquisition BEFORE he was told the deal was a NO GO and he would have to give back the shares,or he KNEW that John was going to "pull the plug" on the deal AND DAVE is in dire straights colleenb,he NEEDS money NOW so HE "dumps" the shares and figures that he'll deal with the problem of the shares later?

POSSIBLE?

PEACE
