JT...My thoughts exactly

and the "dumping" of shares was DAVE selling what he was given in the acquisition BEFORE (ect)

Amazing that you AGREE with this "story" colleenb WITH OUT PROOF!

reread what you pulled from my post...where do I say I agree?

>>>This accounting posted by you as told by Dave Williams regarding the failings of RMC and PABN makes the most sense, imo. John got ahead of himself and couldn't come up with the cash to finalize the acquisition.<<<

And, if you wish to believe your story, what's a genius like Johnny (as reported by OTHERS) doing giving Dave Millions of shares for a deal that's not done? Oh, and I thought everybody has been reporting and INSISTING that all these shares are restricted. What happened to that. Sorry, too many conflicting stories to consider your scenario. The one that JCNelson was more simple and appears to be more forthright. And I'm entitled to my opinion.

John walks away from the deal because he finds that DAVE can't produce like HE "claimed" he could and the "dumping" of shares was DAVE selling what he was given in the acquisition BEFORE he was told the deal was a NO GO and he would have to give back the shares,or he KNEW that John was going to "pull the plug" on the deal AND DAVE is in dire straights colleenb,he NEEDS money NOW so HE "dumps" the shares and figures that he'll deal with the problem of the shares later?

I think your fairy tale went up in smoke just like the claims that RMC was a wholly owned subsidiary.

It's been reported by more than one shareholder who spoke to both John and Dave, that the shares were all returned and held in escrow. #reply-8716350; and ragingbull.com

Guess it looks like there won't be any legal issues between these two after all, regarding the dumping of shares, right JT?
