I've been following this thread since it started.

Can we now stop the "political" conversations about democracy etc.
and instead just post actual announcements.

I've bookmarked this thread and every time I open SI I see an alert to a new message at the thread. When I get here all I read is the same sh_t.

Take your politics elsewhere!

Let's keep this thread an efficient channel for IPO announcements.

Otherwise, this thread is not accomplishing anything different than if I refreshed or reconnected to E*trade's site many times a day.

I'm presently giving www.ipoalertcenter.com a try, but I'm hearing of many who are unhappy with it. If they don't alert me in a timely fashion, I'll try another form of e-mail/cellular phone/pager alert system, since I don't have the time to sit in front of a computer for 3 hours every night after the trading day is over.
