Points well made and taken, Barb. I know you are not out to destroy a company, but I have to disagree with you on your research. There has been no evidence of DR visits etc. All I see is a 're-hashing' of the S3. Yes, this can be a warning for new investors to take into consideration. BUT short sellers could trap themselves if they don't make the effort and take the time to check on a LOT MORE than just the SEC reports.
