Dave,

I wonder if Stauffer's shares were any part of the two blocks of MG that IPM placed into friendly hands just prior to IPM's demise? Maybe not.
Anyways, thanks for bringing Stauffers' filing to the threads attention. 100,000 shares, that's a fair whack. Maybe poor Frank can upgrade that pickup truck at long last. What was it, datsun, toyota or something like that? <VBG>

Dave, while the 144 list is interesting, I think your comments aren't fair. Frank is an activist shareholder that takes risk just like us. Seems he took a pretty large risk in MGAU and he should be able to profit. Sometimes people need to cash in profit to pay bills. As interesting as the 144 list is, there are also PP names that aren't on that list which are as equally interesting. Did you see Karl's, mine, or management's names? We must take responsibility for our own investments, not blame others. Why not blame Lew Green for IPM? While it's none of our business, I believe Frank took a very large loss on IPM with many of us, his buddy IPM management rolled him over too. Enough said.

Dave, really getting tired of reading your insults. You shouldn't talk that way about people. You never know when they might have been your father. Geeeezeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
