Let's see. 3 amendments, 3 times you add two weeks delay...that puts us out 6 more weeks. NOT! Wish there were someone on this thread that had been through a NASDAQ process like this to refute you, but it's at LEAST as likely the amendments are final touches, expected as amendments (both because there were obvious blanks in the original filing that would have to be filled in and because in something as complex as a filing like this it is to be expected the first document would generate some additional info requests). Will there be some delay beyond the 15th? Only time will tell, but you're being disingenuous to read a two week delay into every amendment. WUWT

Dagan, I'm confused, so please help me out. You say that this is the second amendment to the filing and that it represents the final auditors report. Well, something is not correct. *IF* there is an amended filing today, then it would be the third amendment (not the second). Previous filings were: The original 20FR12B filed on 2/16/99 amended 20FR12B filed on 3/30 amended 20FR12B filed on 4/7 So you have obviously made a mistake. I know that it is hard to believe that you would make a mistake..... but, have you? Is it the second amendment? Is it the third amendment? Is it for real? (if so, please cut and paste the section of the filing that has the final auditors report that you refer to. And, please, show the difference in their report from the previous filing). We'll look forward to your response. Barry
