Well, like, ummm, 'yaknow...I sort of think this srcm stuff is kinda' silly. So what's the big deal, huh? I don't think mistermw gets it though. I mean, with Worldgate being able to offer the real internet for $10 bucks a month, I don't think being able to see dumbed down local content is worth getting in a tizzy about. If I want local entertainment, I'll go to a sidewalk.com or citysearch or another local webpage - maybe a website for the local newspaper. It just seems to me and fellow Honolulu citizens (darn those awful shirts) that what srcm seems to be deliverin' vs. what it was 'posed to be is like having a car dealer promising you a Ferrari but when you get there, it ends up being a Yugo. - and um...y'know, it's getting harder to get parts for Yugo's. (unless you want em in like...really small pieces) So just maybe that's what Worldgate meant when they mentioned real trials. Like I guess, the srcm thing isn't even a factor, right?

Mikie: very interesting that WGAT Red Herring has SRCM lawsuit in the Risk Factors section but, on advice of underwriter's counsel, has said nothing in the Legal Matters section. I guess they feel is not at all consequential. Comments?
