In the news article, notice the story that comes right after that - the one about the false posts regarding the PAIR/ECI buyout. Has anyone here been posting about coming buyouts? Wonder if Liviakis/RACE is going after them too!

Barb - I believe John is trying to get some precedence set as far as the way these online discussions are getting out of hand - nothing more.

If nothing else perhaps the SEC will start to wake up as to both sides of the issue be they people spouting out that a stock is going to die or that a stock is going to the sky.
It really is starting to get out of hand.
