Well? Any clues?

Miles to go? Which way are we headed?

TIA

After thinking about it, and looking at the SEC website, I won't be too surprised if we get further disclosure fairly soon on the Eurocket investment on a Form SB-2, or something like that, to register those securities purchased. I am sure that Eurockot would have a registration right in their purchase documents, and said right could be covered by this type of filing.

From the SEC website:

Form SB-2 Optional form for the
registration of securities
to be sold to the public by
small business issuers
Initial statement SB-2
Pre-effective amendments SB-2/A
Post-effective amendments POS AM

So my earlier comment about having to wait a year for details of this transaction, might very well be retracted. I would expect that if such a filing were made it would be within 30 days. And that it is very logical to expect it.

I am also pretty sure of my reasoning about the disclosure being quiet while other deals are being worked out. I believe strongly that these folks are fair and that the deal given to Eurockot will be about the same as given to the originial warrantholders and investors. But that is just a hunch.

I have worked before with people who want performance clauses in contracts, like DBSS does. That takes time to work into the agreements, but it protects the Company and the shareholders. They are usually good business folks just looking out for our interests.

Let's hope for ALA, E-SAT, CFO and NASDAQ news sooner than later,
