If one thinks that the single most common use for the internet will be e-commerce then Alta Vista will be in the lead to provide the easiest access for that type of information. Perhaps this is the niche that they want to carve out. It's a gamble but what business strategy as it relates to the net isn't? Could be major bucks for DCLK revenue enhancement.
