Hi Bruce & all: I hope things are changing for the better at FNet. The direction FNet has taken for the last few years has always been short-sighted from my view. A client base is everything, even if your talking telephony. If FNet was up to standards, (an ISP with 4 years of service average-customer 100k), they would have a wide range of latitude programs on which to increase profits/revenue's. I've just never understood the direction FWP and others there in the past have taken. Lets hope direction is geared towards a client base. Its also a shame with the telephony thingy, that Franklin has not offered their FNet subscribers a web-based online telephony-service. As Frank always said: Cheers ! Increase the profit margins for America's property and casualty companies. Eliminate 10 billion dollars in fraudulent claims. Eliminate the cost of fraudulent detective corporations. Build a quick recovery system for local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies with Photo-ID.
