Lee ... first satisfy yourself that there is no HOPR. The original investors, board of directors, and the Pres/CEO of the company shut down their website ... got rid of the lawyers ... closed the phones down ... shut the office and are gone. Debt is owing. Next look for any official filings with the SEC or any regulatory government agency. Play this stock like it is play money. None of us have been able to determine the float or even who is selling. When I researched this stock all the above were in place and the courts had cleared the land ownership question. The CEO had 5 mill or his own money involved and the stock price was a reasonable $2/ share for a future earning of 11 million/ year casino. Get all the facts you can and let us know if there is any life in this play.
