Joe, I appreciate your response. So you think this stock is dead in the water, correct? There is one sentence I am having a little trouble with. Why would the CEO have 5 mil of his own money in this company and then want it to fail? You didn't say whether he dumped his stock. Did he and when? There should be some documentation on this. Is this what brought the price down? Still would like to get the whole picture on this puppy!

Oh another question Joe. If what you say is true, why haven't they been reported to the SEC? And if so, why haven't they been suspended from trading? I would think if this was a true scam as you way all of the investors would have gotten together and reported them and the SEC would deal with them in their own way.

The CEO had 5 mill or his own money involved and the stock price was a reasonable $2/ share for a future earning of 11 million/ year casino. <<< The only thing I can be sure of in this statement is that the stock price was 2 dollars a share.
