John, I listened to a portion of the call again. Following is my attempt to transcribe the section dealing with Strip tool development. ... First, we concluded a joint venture, a joint development program, with a large US Logic Manufacturer that focused on Low K Resin removal applications. In the resist strip arena, this is one of the most technically challenging processes - to remove an Organic resist with an exposed organic Low K material. Using such similar materials, it makes it very difficult to remove the photoresist without etching the low K material. The program was completed in Q1; was 100% successful with the customer purchasing the initial system and placing an order for 3 additional tools. Another important factor about the program was that the system required special modifications that would be much more difficult to accomplish on competing strip systems. ... I'd welcome your interpretation or that of others re the markets that this tool would most likely serve. It seems to me that this gives MTSN a head start related to strip at smaller feature sizes.
