Are you a writer/journalist by any chance? You certainly seem to have a penchant for it.

Remember the initiative last year to remotely support third party
software for $25 per month - that was hilarious. I don't know if the
company can really provide this new service its planning. Smaller
companies like EXDS etc will probably be able to do it better IMO.

Hi Amy,

I found your pay-as-you-go instead of software licensing intriguing. I have heard of this model before, but understand the technical limitations and business strategic considerations prevent it.

If you can refer me to an article or such where this issue is discussed more in depth, it would be appreciated.
