Tonto,
Would this be bad for MAXNET? Even if there was litigation, and
a ruling was issued stating that MAXNET had to change their name
what's wrong with that - it happens all the time. I'm very interested in
what your point is. I want to know all pertinent facts.

Dennis

Tonto: Question.

Ok. From what I am reading and trying to comprehend, you are not short or long on MXNT. Right?

So, you spend many hours of the day posting to the MXNT thread talking about some shell that used to exist. Please read the PR very carefully regarding the name change and MANAGEMENT change. They hired a new board of directors, changed their focus on to what was really growing--Internet diversification.

Did you get burned on CIGI? It appears that you are trying to get back or something at the other company..This is not the same company or the same people. Please let me know.

Also, I recall that you said that "many have praised you for your knowledge and skill shorting/helping investors" and you made the comment that articles had been written on you and they speak for theirselves.

Would you be so kind as to post these articles or post a link so I can read them.

I truly just do not get your motive here. You keep posting pointless info. Yes, there was a "dispute" over the name. That is common knowledge. So, instead of getting in a big argument, they are changing the name..What is so bad about that?

Tonto - in 1997 when Concord purchased Maxnet, Maxnet had a subsidiary called Savemart. Savemart was an internet service provider and operated the web site: terabit.net

Terabit is now an internet service provider. Do you know if it still belongs to Maxnet?
