If you were truly short like you state, then you would not have been screaming about the price falling so much over the past few months. You would not be cheerleading for improvement and you would not be calling for Eric's head. Given your credibility is shot, I'll choose not to believe that you bought 5K shares. If you bought, I'm sure its more like 50 or 100. Now, if you are so risk averse that you need to box your shares around shorts and longs, it seems to me that you are not too smart. Being risk averse, you should simply buy some puts or LEAPS (puts) for some amount under your avg strike price and have your insurance policy for going down. Its much cheaper than shorting and less risk to your upside potential. As far as acrimony is concerned, its clear who is acrimonious in this thread. Especially given your PMs to me.
