Ian, I think the register is a great source of rumor, but they're more interested in being first than being right. I'm still not convinced Intel will do CU and Low-k, especially with an organic low-k material, before the .13u process. I just don't see how they have time to get all the production steps in place by next year. The whole point of COPY EXACTLY is that you take a process that's proven and copy it everywhere, and I don't think Intel would roll this out until they're absolutely sure of it. On the other hand, if you're right MTSN stands to be a HUGE winner in the next equipment purchase cycle. Nick
