I don't care much for nextel but am sure King Bernie knows what he is doing. The stock dropped when mci was being considered too. I say any dips are a chance to be bigger later. WCOM knows what the heck it's doing. From motel phones to bigger than T in 15 or so years is a pretty good indicator.

The market doesn't like the uncertainty. It doesn't like the possibility that WCOM would pay in the 50s.

WCOM fell to the mid 20s from high 30s after making the offer for MCI. You know the rest of the story.
