Re: Nasdaq Listing - I'm confused....

I've read alot of posts saying re-listing is imminent. One posted that 90 days is the Max time for SEC to register - and the time is up. However, according to EdgarOnline, the S-1 was only filed on 12 April 1999 - two weeks ago. Am I missing something?

Clarification appreciated.

E-C Man and all:

I found the SI references to the possible WAVX/MOT involvement.

The reference to a particular announcement by MOT is first (I think) referenced in Klingerg's SI#3912 at:

Message 5741906

and then specifically noted in the next post in which Andrew posted the Yahoo URL for the Motorola release (which is now expired).

It is also discussed in summary by FB in #3929 at:

Message 5748300

and in SI#3932 she indicates that a more complete discussion can be found at RB#3198, so there's probably a bunch of RB posts around that same time.

All of the above were in early/mid September, 1998 and center about Motorola's release of information on its "Blackbird" STB chipset or system and speculation that the writeups implied a possible compatibility with Wave's concept. Apparently nothing further developed to delineate any actual tie-in with MOT. To my failing memory I don't recall seeing much reference to MOT again until CountryBoy's SEIT find.

When I get a chance, I'll check MOT and see if there are any current references.

Looking back is kind of strange. It's easy to forget a lot of the specifics of what was being discussed just 6 or 7 months ago that you though you'd never forget (at least it is for me). There's some interesting and funny stuff there.
