PART 2 Sorry this took me so long to finish.

Last Saturday at the visit to pabn, John Schmitz , the CEO , was kind enough
to meet with the shareholders that were at the Hotel. Several people were
present at this meeting(several post on this thread). He was very open in
answering all the question that were asked. Many asked about the financials
and the filings dates. He told all of us that financials would be on time as
he stated in the website meeting. He also said he would soon be filing with
Sec the 10Q which must be filed before financials.
John also stated at this time that there would be no reverse split. He
explained that this would not be of any benefit to the company nor benefit
to shareholders. He said he very much wanted to get off of the OTC and hoped
that this could be accomplished through other means such as a possible buy
back of shares or even some type of merger. He said he had options other
than a reverse split.
Mr. Schmitz had just come back from Belize and when asked about how things
went there said that dealing with this Government is not the easiest thing.
Said he hoped that we would be doing the mortgages in Belize soon.
Also made mention that the company had many inquiries of late from Stock
Analysts and were having a report done up on the company and hoped that it
would be out very soon.
Now many more things were discussed at this meeting we had.So if some of the
others that were present at the meeting could add to this I'm sure it would
be much appreciated by the many shareholders that could not attend this
meeting.
