tomasso---it looks as if our VLSI ride has come to an end. i don't think $21 gets me out feeling all warm and toasty as i'm sure you'll feel who started earlier and cheaper than i did. based upon what you were hearing and some of the news already out, it seemed like +$30 days were just around the corner. but, such is life. since it's an all cash deal, i guess that's what we'll get versus stock in PHILLIPS. time to seek other avenues. take a look at ADAC. my bottom feeding instincts are compelling me to say it's time. what think ye? sk
