Hi Dave, Thanks for the cue on ELN.

I only know for certain of one person that's tried what you suggested. He used CHIR both inside and outside a tax sheltered retirement plan. Yes, he always "sold" in the sheltered account and bought when there was free cash there. Otherwise he bought in his regular account where he was free to add cash any time he had some.
