betty, It's not the market maker manipulation/tape painting that has got my goat right now. It's Vivus' inability to seize the opportunity to make timely press releases with appropriate information. Did you know that to this day Vivus has yet to create a single press release regarding gene therapy??? The general public hasn't a clue as to the progress made by Dr Christ etc.. I was told long ago by Vivus IR that they would not do any press releases on Christ's work until he had some research published. That was LAST summer!!! They said that in light of the share holders law suit, they didn't want to be accused of "touting" themselves. What a crock of sh#t!!! Do you consider informing the public of R&D progress as "touting"??? IMO, Dr Christ's work needs to have a nice write up in some popular publication over this week end. I think that outta add some starch to the short's shorts. Perhaps another entremed in the makings. Vivus should have at least reported on their presentations today at the AUA meeting. Not doing so IMO reflects gross incompetence on their part. VLAD
