ACTV- SKYTEL is looking to give the digital set top boxes away for free. Rupert Murdock wants to get these boxes into people's home. He wants to get into the digital age sooner rather than later. I think we will get into this multimedia era much sooner than 24-36 months. Technology is moving much too fast to have to wait that long.

Steve, as we all know the speed of the net will increase as the tel. cos. begin to compete with cable modems. What is your opinion of the dsl modem manufacturers like aware, westell and others. I am particularly interested in Westel's positioning. Thanks in advance. Verona
