Why are we talking about PABN when we could be talking about the cat Valdez (or exxon)? You know, the juan that likes to drink coffee.

Why do you want them to file?

Because then we have something on the record. Even if they file, they can always lie, but then we know what will happen to blatant liars when they are caught by the SEC. Just catching their lies here, only means that they can stonewall and say that the web site is the only thing to be trusted about the company. Then they can change it to cover their tracks and revise history. Changing the SEC EDGAR database is a little different - basically you don't. You only add to it.

If they lie to the SEC, then we know that when they are caught, they are hurt.

I think perhaps he may be implying that... or is it infer?
