I am long DCLK, but one thing that concerns me is the insider selling report I received on Friday. Nine form 144s filed. Some heavy share volumes: 100000 (Kevin J. O'Connor), 9102, 21400, 7000, 30000 (Kevin P. Ryan), 3400. IMO, insider selling often is meaningless. But I thought it was best to let the thread know what may be causing some of the recent weakness -- besides the general internet consolidation taking place.
