I think this sucker will go for around $12. Fred is desperate... his connectivity biz is fading into the dinosaurus age. Rube is desperate.... he needs a job. So both will have to concoct to have the marriage consumed. Thanks to Open Text, I may be able to exit this nightmare of an investment breaking even. Not the kind of exit theorized in text books on how companies create wealth for shareholders. Or is it? Maybe there is a new theory for CEOs. Screw up your company so that it will be a takeover target.

I'm guess that Rubin Osten wants to keep his job so he wants the HUM deal. Now if he has this secret poison pill then my guess is that the HUM deal goes through. So the big question is does he really have a poison pill. I want Osten booted out so I'm pulling for OTX to up the stakes so HUM bows out. I also own HUM so this would be a win win situation for me. Looks like 10 bucks it were we are going to which I also agree with you that this is too low. Do we hear 11 from OTX. JMHO Mike
