Tim someone on Yahoo!(eek!) states that PAIR has a poison pill that would block any in the 20s bid--said the info is on their web-site,and is set at 55--will have to go to web-site to search this out to attempt to confirm----I have 30JULY15 contracts purchased for 45 cents,so this is looking promising.Max90

TIM, why would PAIR insiders be filing 144's very close to a buyout?

I'm not playing PAIR as a longterm hold but am thinking about it as a very short term short. I heard that PAIR has some kind of poison pill defense for a hostile takeout, so I would imagine then that any takeout would have to be friendly. If that is correct, then shouldn't insiders know that a takeout is looming, and if so, why would they be filing 144's? Am I missing something here? Thanks----- Not Howie

Tim, my understanding is that PAIR has a "poison pill" that prevents any takeover at less than $55.00 a share unless the board/stockholders concur. And $22 to $25 a share, given the potential value of their proprietary technology seems very, very, cheap.
