Different company same story. You really like these stocks don't you David? This is interesting from Feb 18th. Clint Cantwell Conversation: I just got off the phone with him. . . . SEC Filing - He said the company told him they will be a filing company by the end of the month. He stated something about the having the statent already together, they are just finalizing numbers now. ragingbull.com

Isn't it amazing that anything that shows the company in a bad light is copied from RB and posted here as fact. I wish I had all of the time in the world to read months of anonymous posters on RB, don't you? But, not having such enormous amounts of time to waste with such folly, I read the Press Releases. As example, the one on Monday April 26, 8:40 am Eastern Time which said "... following the conclusion of our fiscal year end on April 30th, we will be filing a complete financial statement with the SEC, a step which is a necessity as we look to eventually change our bulletin board status." But as we already know, there are those who post on here who will ignore the press releases because they come from the company, are in writing, and obviously are not to be trusted. Don't you agree that an anonymous poster on RB is surely more trustworthy? snicker
