<< Israel has given the Palestinian Liberation Organisation 24 hours to close its unofficial headquarters in Jerusalem, or it says, it will close them by force. >>

Imagine if hostilities broke out between the Israelis and the Palestines, and the Palestines were evicted from Israel. Would Jordan or Iraq of Eqypt or Syria, etc. take in the Palestinian refugees?

IMHO, the Palestinians need to set up their homeland in Syria anyway.

goldsnow,

It appears as though every attempt by Bill Clinton
to create "peace" has failed. Consider that the
Northern Ireland agreement is dead in the water.
Clinton's peace deal in the middle east is toast.
His attempts to bring peace in the Balkans have
resulted in a catastrophe.

Ronald Reagan proves to be correct again. Peace
through strength, not hollow threats and false
bravado. The flower-power, counter-culture McGovernics
have proven that the belief system of the '60's was
mostly a myth when it came to securing world peace.
