Good point. The bigger question is: can IRAQ continue to produce at high levels. This could get out of control, even by OPEC standards.
Remember depletion!!!

Why not? They let it go to 24 - 26 on the last cycle, did they not?

OPEC reminds me of central bankers, they can never get the cycle - just right. I still contend that the supply story is drawing to a close and the demand side will take center stage - soon, like 2 months.

The key phrase that Wolanchuk used was "If the worlds population doesn't go down". Positive Demographics + Liquidity pump = Global Boom. The worlds bourses are predicting it.
