I cannot say with certainty whether the company will have a reverse split. My understanding, however, is that it has been discussed by the company.

An issue regarding a reverse split, if one should occur, is how to do it without causing further price erosion from the new, post-split price. One scenario is only to do a reverse split when there is positive news and/or earnings momentum. That is, if the price is showing progression, then that progression has a higher probability of continuing following the split. If the company is in the doldrums pre-split, then the likelihood is that price will disintegrate from its post split price.

My assumption is that even if a reverse split is contemplated, if it is timed correctly it will not harm the interests of shareholders. It is conceivable that a reduced "float" might aid price appreciation if positive company developments continue.
