An RS
does not seem reasonable at that this price level. The only reason I can see to do an RS is to meet nasdaq listing requirements and even at 1 for 10 that would only deliver a .50 to .60 price. My guess would be that the company would need to sustain a price of .75 to 1.00 to even bring MVEE within range of nasdaq requirements. And it may not even be a good idea for that noble purpose. Logically there is nothing inherently wrong with doing a well timed RS, but stock traders are not the most logical bunch and great negative stigma is attached to the phrase RS. Heck Im not even willing to spell the words out. (LOL)

My understanding, however, is that it has been discussed by the company.

When was this discussed by the company? I don't remember reading any releases or interviews.
