jhild, I do not know what their arrangement is and I am not going to assume anything. The point being made earlier is that assumptions are made that may be 180 deg. off the mark. Let the game play out. So far they are trading out of IT offices and not on-line. They will not be able to trade on-line until most or all states are signed up. But thank you for bringing up other possibilities.
