wireless wonk, re: how PABN acquired AWS They bought it for already issued shares. I understand your confusion regarding the "stories" you mentioned. Neither of them comes from an authoritative source. The company says it bought AWS for already issued shares. Until an authoritative source provides another explanation, that one is good enough for me. For a chronological listing of the events, I suggest calling the company. (I don't suggest asking anyone here...especially anyone who thinks April 24 to May 14 is 30 days, grin). But don't be surprised if you discover the sequence of events goes something like this: 1. They negotiated a deal; 2. The shares (of both AWS and PRWT) were placed in an escrow account (where they remain); 3. AWS became a subsidiary of PRWT (now PABN). PCM GO PABN!!! p.s. Hi everyone!
