Colin, I have always marveled at the utility of the technology embodied in SI and its many uses (and occasional abuses). Otherwise commonly-understood phrases like "paper trail" take on whole new meanings. ggg. Ken

Mr. Cody, Colin, if you could, would you mind refraining from asking any serious questions of Mr. Zwebner. In the end I am sure that all the facts, and all information will eventually come out. But, in the mean time, to assist you, so you do not end up in the law suit, would you please permit all of the facts of the suit come out in the courts. I am confident with the facts and of my attorney on how they will be used. I understand that this is a difficult thing to ask of you, but with certain facts that are currently in hand any additional information you can provide will be greatily appreciated. If you would forward to my attorney the e-mail you are referencing, to Mr. Dan Marr, ESQ, at 603-883-5501 or e-mail it to dmarr@hamker.com I would greatly appreciate it. But, in the mean time would you please refrain from dicussing the legal actions and allow the truth and the facts to be pointed out in court. I would greatly appreciate it. The law suits should not be tried on SI. But, in the end the choice is yours. Thank you in advance, afa, Dean Dumont. P.S. I am closing my SI account and will not post again.
