Never mind that PABN/PRWT is still non-reporting, eh? The SEC warns investors to be especially cautious of such stock issues. Keep trying to divert attention though by focusing on what the SEC has written that may not apply exactly with regard to newsletters and thinly traded issues. No matter how you try to distract, the fact remains that they have not reported since the reverse merger was announced June 1st of last year. Why so frantic to divert here, PCM. Is it the employment experience that Charlie Vaccarro, the President of the Insider-Trading unit had with Greenway Capital/Cortlandt Capital? As we can see in the record that organization has been identified by the SEC and the NASDR as involved with pervasive misconduct? Numerous brokers were cited for numerous incidents ranging from before Charlie was there until after. Is that really your mission today?
