I just paid my membership to participate in this discussion. I considered buying some PABN, but did my research and changed my mind. (I am new to on-line investing and penny stocks.) Some of you are right to be concerned about the lack of financials and the various relationships, i.e. between Greenway Capital and Cortlandt and Gold Country. Jhild, whoever you are, you're on the right track. Pat

My mission today...

Is to discuss PABN, not your nightmares, prevarications, fallacies, spurious comments, misrepresentations and lies.

The company is a non-reporting company. That at least is true, and I'm glad to see you acknowledge that FACT. The company is in full compliance with the SEC regarding reporting. That also is true. Yet, for some reason you find something wrong with that. Which puts your position directly opposite that of the SEC.

I know how important it is for you to "Keep trying to divert attention though by focusing on what the SEC has written that may not apply exactly with regard to newsletters and thinly traded issues."

I'm glad to see you admit that it does not apply.

However, since there is no real "dirt" on PABN or any of its management, you continue to insist on bringing in another company, one that is now out of business, one that has nothing to do with PABN. Why is that? Why are you so frantic to divert attention away from a legitimate discussion of PABN to a discussion of a company that does not exist any longer and has no demonstrable connection with PABN?

What is the reason behind your obsession here? Why do you INSIST on this distraction? Why do you frantically INSIST on staying off topic? Why do you INSIST on this offensive behavior which is in violation of the Terms of Use?

Even if this were the "Greenway and Vaccarro" message board, you would still be wrong in bringing this up. You said regarding Greenway: "As we can see in the record that organization has been identified by the SEC and the NASDR as involved with pervasive misconduct?" That is true, and it is probably why they are out of business.

I guess you are not aware that if Charles Vaccarro had anything to do with any of that, he would also have been sanctioned by the SEC and NASDR, and there would be a record of it and John would not have hired him and he would not be allowed (by John or the SEC) to have anything to do with Insider Trading. Either you are massively ignorant of all of this, or you already knew it and are a liar. Which is it?

Personally, I still think you are a liar. But I still hope, for your sake, that you are just massively ignorant (SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC).

GO PABN!!!

"...record that organization has been identified by the SEC and the NASDR as involved with pervasive misconduct?"

Not to change the subject, but have you ever searched the SEC Enforcement files for records on other BIG name similar organizations? If you do, you will find "pervasive misconduct" associated with the big names as well. However, the misconduct reflects only on those individuals cited, not those associated with the organization, before, after or even at that time.

What is my point? Well that you could dredge up disturbing information on most brokerage houses, but I doubt that even you would proceed to find all individuals ever associated with them guilty of misconduct. Why are you making such a leap in this case? Why don't you just stick to the facts without your color commentary? Go off and search, in silence, for whatever factual information you can find. If you find something factual, directly involving PABN, come back and report it - without your heavy doses of innuendo.

BTW, FWIW, I did note that in an earlier post today, you finally changed "refuse to file" to "avoid filing" which is at least getting closer to the truth of "haven't filed." Congratulations.
