Fact #1 - They said they would report a long time ago. Fact #2 - They didn't. Jeez, how much more do you need???

Well here's a fact for you Roger: Charles Vaccarro is listed as President of Insider Trading. It must be a fact because it is on the PABN/PRWT web site. We also see that at the NASDR site CRD# 2796589 CHARLES VACCARRO is listed as an employee of Gold Country Securities. We are to presume that this is a fact. At least the NASDR thinks it is. But what isn't listed on the NASDR site? Did you catch it? Well let me answer for you. He is not listed as affiliated in any way with PABN /PRWT or I-T. It has been this way for all these months that he has been listed as President of I-T. There are possibly two conclusions that can be drawn from these facts. That he has broken NASDR disclosure rules or that Gold Country Securities is I-T and there is not yet a completed transaction for the I-T subsidiary. But in either event he has not disclosed to the NASDR that he is the President of I-T. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
