I Spoke to Joe Beagelman.

1. IVT had 1M rev. Last year.(15 yrs in the business)
2. 18 employee
3. IVT is young Company(Look at web site, 15yrs in the business)

Call yourself and verify.

Joe doesnot know how old IVT company.
