Now that is what I call a jump into fantasy land! What happened to Logic 101? It is Logic 101 - its called an analogy. ...Like facts. Ah remember, the only facts are from the company - but they are not facts unless they can be independently verified. Instead we have these nonsense explanations that companies have been acquired, i.e., people have sold something of value to PABN, yet they only get paid - in shall we say - the metaphysical sense. BTW Excuse me, but you said "hiding the books". Assumption on your part. Have you forgotten that this is a one year old company that is combining other companies as divisions? You just do not take every company's books and combine them into one report bingo! This is an on-going changing enterprise. #reply-9554488 Horse hockey! It gets a little tiresome to here the endless excuses about why a company can't file. A good CFO can get the basic accounting systems and controls in place in 3-4 weeks. From a reputable firm, an audit takes at most 6-8 weeks from contract signing to the issuance of a draft report. These things are not hard. ww
