Thanks Pat,

Good information there...parties, wet t-shirt contests, I wonder what else is lurking in the dark.

PatP, excellent work. I am especially impressed with your attention to deleting personal information.

Lots of "dots." The question now is this: do any of them connect, and if so, is the connection illegal, imoral, unethical, coincidential or fabricated.

Pat,

GREAT WORK!! Some of us really appreciate the information you've posted.

If you are interested in some of the other PABN people, let me know.

Information to date has been rather sketchy on the CEO, John Schmitz. Prior to being the CEO of PRWT/PABN, I know he used to work for a mortgage company (I'd have to search my notes for the name) but other than that, I know nothing about his background. Have you found anything as colorful on him as you have found on Charlie? And there was always a question about the two Daves of RMC, but they're no longer in the picture, so, I suppose we don't need to dig further there.

PatP, just for the record here is the information on David Worcester a listed principal of Gold Country Securities:

DAVID ALLEN WORCESTER JR CRD# 1295942
Registrations
Employer: GOLD COUNTRY SECURITIES
Jurisdiction/SRO Category Status Status As Of Date
CA Agent APPROVED 07/30/1990
NASD Financial and
Operations
Principal APPROVED 10/12/1987

Full
Registration/Gen
Securities Rep APPROVED 10/12/1987

General Securities
Principal APPROVED 10/12/1987

Looks like your info on him is consistent. Looks like he had a sleepy little company out in CA, and Charles Vaccaro (or whoever is the real power) bought the company. Reverse takeover as it were. I suppose that filing the BD Amendments requires less disclosure. That seems to be the standard technique with these guys.

Notice that Charles Vaccaro does not have the same approval as a General Securities Principal or NASD Financial and Operations Principal. Of course Charlie only has a little more than 2&#189 years of listed securities experience, so maybe he needed a front man for the business as he couldn't get approved with his Tax Lien record. I wonder if the SEC knows about that possible skirting of the approval process? (SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC NASD NASD NASD NASD)
