Lucky, as I have said before, and as you will now afford me the opportunity to say again, the issue is not their filing per se. Though certainly that is red flag enough for many people, it is their credibility in their announcements on the progress of actually filing. They have a very poor record in their attitude about filing financials.

(See: #reply-9618793)

PS: New companies file financials all the time. There is no great mystery to it. Surely you are not so ignorant of what is in a Form 10 filing as to think that highly relevant info would not be present even for the newest of companies.

Jhild's been ranting about finacials from their first month in business.... Does this really make sense??? I DON'T think so...

I'm sorry, you are in error. I already wrote it once but it bears repeating: A good CFO can get the basic accounting systems and controls in place in 3-4 weeks. From a reputable firm, an audit takes at most 6-8 weeks from contract signing to the issuance of a draft report. These things are not hard.

Furthermore, no responsible business can function properly without adequate accounting procedures, safeguards and controls.

It also bears repeating that while the Company is not required to report, there is no good reason - if they have concern for shareholder value - not to report.

...Maybe those well touted financials can destroy you little band of merry men??? I think I'll take that bet... how 'bout you... wanna take the bet???

I'll willing to take your bet. We have to agree on some terms. However, I think you better acquaint yourself with what the company will have to report, before you take the bet.

ww
