J, in case you didn't notice tonight, pretty much everyone is saying if the promises aren't kept real soon, we're all bailing out. Isn't that enough? What else could you possibly want? Can't we please please wait another month or two? Hmmm?

Actually, I have been "Lucky" enough to make money from day "1" with my business endeavors... As far as filing your so called form "10" what the heck would they have put on it last year at this time??? jhild... please get a grip.. this is the real business world... what would they have to report last year in July??? Ok, Ok...I see, where you're going with this.. Uhhhhhhh duuuuuh, we just bought out a shell company, we have nothing but a dream... ok, that's good.. now here we are months later and guess what.. we are making things happen!!! Sure there is the Belize thing... but for goodness sake, we have come so far in less than a year... We have LARRY ROOF (WORLD RENOWNED) as the president of one of our divisions. Cough, Cough, Cough, spt, spt, spt...yeah right... we're gonna have this guy risk his reputation for a scam???? ROTFLMAO!!!! Surely you are not so ignorant of what is in a Form 10 filing Please jhild could you be a little more specific which form "10" you are referring to??? Hey, and just as a hoot for the story line, care to explain the differences of the different form "10's"...????

Well, there Mr. Seeker after Truth and Dealer With Knowledge, you sure seem to be [or seem to be pretending to be] ignorant of the requirements of a Form 10. Kinda hard "even for the newest of companies." to report past operating history, which happens to be a requirment in a Form 10, and without which it is incomplete. Maybe you should deploy one of your minions to do some DD on the SEC and its requirements. You remember the SEC, don't you? They're the folks you think are in conspiracy with the mob concnerning PABN. But given Levitt's Bear Stearns faux pas, you might be on to something.... PCM GO PABN!!!
