Laz-What about a scenario like this: While exploring ways to divest the legacy (Rochester Tel) side of FRO, they discovered an alliance
format that allowed them to have a last-mile relationship, sell the copper assets, strip the faster-growth elements, and further leverage the global network? If so, might they be tempted to do something similar on a larger scale?

Best regards,

Mike

>apparent lack of focus>

Cardinal rule of investing is that when management has lost focus and/or integrity, it is mandatory to exit. I would suggest that there are many questions to this deal but it is far from apparent that they have lost focus!
