We must cut-off all the aids.>>> Yaacov, that is exactly what Russian nationalist are saying.."Must accept no help from the West", they nationalised all foreign property in 1917-22, militarised the country and likely would do it all over again....Financing is easy-weapons, uranium, oil...confiscation of property, kidnapping wealthy Russian Nationals in other countries....lot of money to make from Cold War....not much from hot...
